RECOVERY
Following treatment pain is minimal to non-existent. Bruising or redness may occur post treatment, which is normal. Big vein treatments may result in the patient being advised to wear a support hose.
RESULTS
Promising results will begin to show within two to six weeks. Although the final results may not appear until several months down the track.

The delivery of pulses of light energy causes the blood within the vein to coagulate, eventually destroying the vessel which is later reabsorbed by your body. Blood flow will then be redirected to veins deeper below your skins surface, where it should be.
Most patients experience a stinging sensation as the pulses of energy are delivered through the handpiece. Following the treatment the pain is minimal to non-existent, some redness or bruising may occur. These effects typically last less than 24 hours. Results can take a few weeks to show, significant improvement and the final result may take several months. The use of sunscreen is recommended for any areas exposed to the sun.
